REGULAR MAINTENANCE CLEANING

DEEP/SPRING CLEANING
Deep Cleaning includes everything from regular cleaning plus having the inside of the oven and refrigerator cleaned, the baseboards cleaned, and a deep cleaning of the kitchen, and bathroom.
MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT CLEANING
- Remove all loose dirt and debris
- Vacuum/Sweep all hard floors and steam clean
- Vacuum all carpeting throughout upon final exit
- Clean all windows and sills
- Dust/clean blinds (Except for aluminum mini blinds – less to replace)
- Dust/Clean all window frames, door frames, and baseboards
- Wipe down all surfaces
- Clean all appliances inside and outside
- Deep clean kitchen and bathrooms
- Wipe all light switches and doorknobs
